Facilitated ConversationsManaging difficult conversations is about restoring connection and reaching across differences. When I facilitate conversations between two or multiple people I help them make important decisions or dissolve an existing conflict. In the process I support each individual to communicate in a way that increases understanding and connection. One person at the time, one argument at the time allows each party to honestly express and to be fully heard. In this way I invite every party to enter a constructive dialogue and move beyond differences towards finding mutually satisfying agreements.
This process can also be combined with specific skill building in regards to challenging communication situations. Together we will explore and address existing dynamics that interfere with cooperation, trust and satisfying interaction, and look at what can be done differently to bring back flow, connection and inspiring collaboration. Decision making or conflict resolution sessions can last over one session or multiple sessions. Each session is usually scheduled for 2 to 4 hours, but can be scheduled for a full day. |
